Update #2 - Winston AKAâ€Bradâ€, was adopted on January 13th.This sweet little guy had a rough start in life.He was born into a litter, and was quite sick in his first few months of life, but thanks to the humane society, veterinarians, staff and foster parents they provided him with all the care and love he so greatly deserved. He was adopted by another family, but was returned within 24 hrs. However someone else’s unfortunate experience, was my blessing.
When I first brought Winston home he spent the first 48 hrs hiding under the bed, only to come out for food, water and use the litter box. Then he had to endure the many growls and hisses from his 6 yr old sibling Yukon. Although they still don’t snuggle, they do play together and chase each other around. Winston spends his days playing with his toys…balls and stuffed mice are his favourite or people/bird watching on his climber or window hammock, and sleeping in his numerous cat beds or cozy blankets.
At his first vet appointment we were greeted by this amazing sign. He was tested for FVL, just given his past history and he needed his FVL vaccine. Luckily he was negative and was given a clean bill of health. He is a real snuggle bug, and is such a wonderful addition to our family. He is dearly loved, and spoiled, as all fur babies should be.
Thank you all for the selfless work you do, and ensuring that all animals get the loving homes they deserve.

Update #1 - Just wanted to give an update about “ Bradâ€â€¦.who I have renamed Winston. The first two days were a bit rough…he spent them hiding under the bed…only to come out for food water and use the litter box. Lots of growls from Yukon, but they are quickly becoming fast friends.
As you can see from the pictures, he is now settled in quite nicely. He is a very sweet boy, and I am happy to have him as a part of our family.
I will gladly send more updates/ pics as he gets bigger.
