It's been three weeks since this sweet little girl joined our family, weighing in at just over 2 kg even though she's 6 years old. We changed her name from Gecko to Raia as a nod to the solar eclipse that happened the week we adopted her, and because she is an absolute ray of sunshine!  It took a few days for her to feel comfortable but now she is non-stop energy. She'll play with anything - string, laser pointer, even her cat tunnel is fair game as she drags it around the room.  She is also a lap cat - as soon as we sit down, there she is!  She didn't think much of her older and much bigger "brother" Marsden at first, but after a slow introduction, they are now buddies.  She has truly enriched our lives, and we adore her.  Thank you for the opportunity to adopt her, and for all you do!
